The Holiday House

Close to shops, restaurants and busses.
Approx. 25 metres from a small harbour.
Parking in front of the house.



The Holiday House is approx. 120 sq.metres in size.
A small garden with garden furniture.



Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds and is accessed through Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed and gives access to Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3 is separate, and has a double bed.



On the ground floor is the Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Kitchen with electric cooker/oven, coffee machine, crockery and utensils.



Living room with dining area,
radio, CD player, television & wood burning oven.
 


Bedlinen and towels, should be brought with you.
Teatowels, electricity and water
are all INCLUDED in the price.

Full Central Heating - Available at an extra charge of 350 DKr. p.w.

Guests should clean the house at departure.

Arrivals from 2 p.m..
Time of arrival should be notified in advance.

Departure, latest, 10 a.m.
Departure time should be notified in advance.

Maximum number of persons: 5 people irrespective of age.

Price per week.

Changeover day is always Saturday.
